This is a wonderful chiropractic office. The doc's are possibly the best chiropractors I've ever had. The receptionist is always smiling and doing interpretive dancing. However, the poor guy they keep locked away in the nutrition office has no windows. I feel bad for him. Anyways, the coffee is always hot and the cookies always warm. Highly recommend going here.

Do I have to track macros or follow a strict meal plan?

Not necessarily. While some clients benefit from tracking macros, we also work with people who prefer a more flexible, intuitive approach. We'll find what works best for you and your goals whether that's detailed tracking or simpler guidelines you can follow consistently.

How is this different from other nutrition programs?

Most programs give you a generic meal plan and call it a day. We take a personalized, data-driven approach by assessing your current habits, goals and lifestyle then building a flexible nutrition strategy that evolves with you. We coach you through the process, adjust things as you progress and help you build habits that last.

How long does it take to see results?

It depends on your goals and how consistent you are. Some clients notice improvements in energy and how they feel within a few weeks, while changes in body composition or inflammation typically take a little longer. We'll set realistic expectations during your evaluation and adjust your plan as you progress.

Do I need to be an athlete to work with you?

Nope. While we use proven frameworks from performance nutrition, we work with anyone who wants to feel better and support their health. Whether you're active a few times a week or just trying to have more energy day to day, we can help.

Can you help if I have dietary restrictions or food preferences?

Absolutely. We work with clients who have a wide range of dietary needs whether you're vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or dealing with food allergies. We'll build a plan that fits your preferences and still supports your wellness goals.
