Do I need a referral to get started?

Nope. You can book directly with us; no referral needed. We'll start with a thorough evaluation to understand your goals, assess how your body is moving, and build a custom plan from there.

Will I need to stop my normal activities while being treated?

Not usually. In most cases, we'll modify your routine rather than shut it down completely. We'll work with you to adjust movements or intensity while your body heals, so you can keep doing the things you enjoy without making things worse.
